JOB DESCRIPTION
- Knowledge and understanding of industry designs (event and exhibition ) and customer requirements
- Understanding of market trends and operating standards within scope of projects
- Ability to implement multiple project designs and concepts
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good discipline, creative, Able to work under deadline, 3D Studio Max, AutoCad.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Event and Exhibition Industry

2. Exhibition / Event Project Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Established contact with potential client in order to close sales contract and deliver excellent customer
service at all times.
- To liaise and communicate with all departments for processing and preparation of relevant
documentations to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments.
- Negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval.
- Site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.
- Communicate effectively encompassing fellow staff in Operations, Design, Organizer/Corporate and
Accounts.
- Accountable for overall quality and safety features of projects build-up and tear down activities.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
- Required Diploma in any discipline.(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good written and Verbal in English
- Possess good leadership and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently within a tight deadline
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
- Willing to work flexible hours / public holiday / weekends
- Able to work under pressure in meeting deadline
